Requirements:
3+ years of experience in automation engineering, process automation, or a related technical role Proficiency with automation platforms (Workato, Zapier, Make, or similar) Proficiency with scripting languages (Python, JavaScript) Experience with API integrations Experience with AI/ML tools and LLM-based automation is highly valued Strong grasp of Salesforce data model, APIs, and integration patterns Familiarity with Salesforce, JIRA, and common business systems (HRIS, ERP, finance tools) is a plus Strong analytical mindset Excellent communication skills 1+ year(s) of Agentforce (or equivalent agent building experience) preferred
