Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition Familiarity with recruitment applicant tracking systems (WORKABLE) Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and candidate evaluation Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously Proactive and results-oriented attitude
