Product Manager, AI (Remote from Indonesia)

Proven experience in product management, operations, or consulting, preferably in startups Experience with 0→1 product launches and scaling AI or software products Strong analytical skills to translate data patterns into product decisions Hands-on proficiency with video tools, design software (e.g., Canva), SQL analytics, and productivity platforms (Asana, Notion, Airtable, HubSpot) Ability to prototype and communicate effectively with engineers and designers Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to thrive in ambiguity and take deep ownership Excellent communication skills for executive updates, stakeholder alignment, and client-facing content

Define and prioritize product roadmaps and user stories Collaborate with engineering and design to prototype, test, and deploy AI capabilities Develop product marketing assets Gather user feedback, conduct market research, and analyze metrics Build onboarding guides, training resources, and operational playbooks Shadow customer interactions and synthesize insights Own end-to-end product outcomes
