Requirements
- Deep understanding of pharmaceutical data ecosystems and methodologies.
- Expertise in multi-touch attribution and measurement frameworks.
- Experience with data platforms and tools used in pharmaceutical marketing (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.).
- Strong working knowledge of SQL and experience integrating, querying, and validating custom data sources.
- Ability to tell a compelling story with data and driving client decision making.
- Strong client communication skills, including the ability to present complex analytical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytics approaches, hypotheses, and measurement plans.
- Comfort working with imperfect, incomplete, or evolving datasets.
- Experience partnering with cross-functional teams (media, strategy, technology, data engineering) to operationalize analytics solutions.
- 7+ years of experience in analytics and data.
- Experience building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding client needs.
- Team mentorship and leadership.
- Ability to identify and pursue growth opportunities to expand services to clients and to participate in the process of new business development.
Responsibilities
- Evolve and expand the agency’s data and analytics offerings by integrating insights across all touchpoints in the pharmaceutical marketing ecosystem.
- Be actively involved in client engagements with internal and external stakeholders.
- Design and implement measurement frameworks that clearly link marketing initiatives to meaningful business outcomes.
- Lead the development of dashboards, reports, and actionable insights from key marketing data sources.
- Partner with client services teams to drive growth across existing accounts.
- Identify opportunities to introduce analytics-led solutions to clients.
- Actively support new business development efforts by contributing to RFPs and proposals.
- Representing the agency in new business pitches and strategic engagements.
- Mentor a high-performing analytics team, continuously elevating capabilities.
- Promote a culture of learning, innovation, and excellence.
- Drive continuous improvement across methodologies, platforms, and deliverables.
