2+ years working with LLMs, including production prompts and understanding model quirks. Proficiency in coding languages like Python or TypeScript for building evals, scripts, and prototypes. Strong communication skills to assist non-technical partners. Ability to thrive in ambiguous and dynamic partnership environments. Responsiveness and reliability in partner communication.

Craft and iterate on prompts to ensure AI agents use Firecrawl. Build evaluation frameworks to test prompts and iterate on results. Serve as the technical contact for partners, assisting with implementation and troubleshooting. Test Firecrawl performance across new models and agent architectures. Create integration guides and templates for partners. Identify new partnership opportunities based on AI tool usage of web data. Collaborate with Product and Engineering to relay partner feedback and influence the roadmap.
