MO Testing/TM/IBOR

Strong experience in Asset Management projects. Hands-on expertise in UAT and Functional Testing. Solid understanding of Middle Office / Back Office systems, including TM and IBOR platforms. Experience working with Trade Management and Order Management Systems across asset classes. Good functional knowledge of investment accounting processes. Proven experience with defect tracking and management tools such as HP ALM or JIRA. Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with business stakeholders.

Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Functional Testing for Asset Management platforms. Validate end-to-end workflows across Middle Office and Back Office applications. Test Trade and Order Management Systems (OMS) across multiple asset classes and instrument types. Ensure accurate testing of accounting-related functionalities. Collaborate with business users to gather, analyze, and clarify requirements. Create detailed test scenarios, test cases, and execution plans. Identify, log, track, and manage defects using tools such as HP ALM or JIRA. Coordinate with development and business teams to ensure timely defect resolution and test sign-off.
