Knowledge of randomization techniques, sampling strategies, and statistical significance. Experience with setting up and monitoring experiment guardrails. Hands-on experience with experimentation platforms (e.g., Amplitude, Optimizely). Familiarity with statistical methods (t-tests, Bayesian inference, regression). Strong SQL skills for querying large datasets. Proficiency in Python or R for statistical analysis and automation. Ability to build dashboards and visualize experiment results. Experience running simultaneous experiments across multiple user journeys. Ability to prioritize experiments based on business impact. Comfort with test orchestration in environments with feature flags. Strong understanding of personalization and advanced targeting strategies. Ability to validate experiment instrumentation. Knowledge of web and mobile tagging frameworks (e.g. Tealium, GTM, Segment). Familiarity with debugging tools (e.g., Chrome DevTools). Skilled in translating complex statistical findings into business-friendly insights. Ability to coach cross-functional teams on experimentation best practices. Experience creating playbooks, templates, and knowledge-sharing resources. B.Tech /B.E/MCA or relevant degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics. 6+ years of experience in data-driven product, marketing, or analytics roles with a focus on A/B testing.
