Salesforce Solution Architect

5+ years experience as a Solution or Enterprise Architect in large-scale Salesforce environments (Sales, Service, Marketing, or Revenue Cloud). Deep knowledge of Salesforce technologies including API integrations, Lightning, Flow, and Data Cloud. Strong enterprise architecture background, including integration design, data management, and defining architectural standards. Experience designing secure, compliant, and scalable architectures for regulated or global organizations. Experience leveraging AI and automation tools within Salesforce. Proven ability to develop strategic plans and deliver outcomes on enterprise-scale projects. Effective communicator with strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills. Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect strongly preferred. Experience working in enterprise-scale B2B or subscription-based businesses (desirable). Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud-native development principles (desirable). Knowledgeable in data integration with marketing automation, CPQ, or renewal management systems (desirable).

Define and own the architectural vision and roadmap for Salesforce. Design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions. Act as the technical design authority. Partner with business stakeholders to translate needs into technical designs. Oversee integration between Salesforce and enterprise systems. Define and maintain technical standards and governance frameworks. Collaborate with Security and Data teams for security and privacy controls. Drive innovation using AI and automation. Ensure platform readiness for global rollouts. Provide technical leadership and mentorship.
