Intern: Wiring Harness Project Engineer

Actively working towards a BS degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Manufacturing Industrial, or Agricultural/biological (machinery focused) Engineering. Attention to detail / organization skills. Able to lift 50 lbs. GPA of 3.0 or higher. Excellent communication skills. Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and Creo preferred. Highly organized and able to multitask. Strong desire to take on new challenges with a positive attitude. Aptitude for working in groups and collaborating. Familiar with Computer Aided Drafting, Kanban and work organization. Familiar with Wiring Schematics, Electrical knowledge, Excel (soft skills), programming (Python). Ability to use tools. Experience in automotive a plus.

Support project coordination, data analysis, and cross-functional communication. Organize project schedules, maintain documentation, and track action items. Gather and analyze project data to identify risks or bottlenecks. Prepare reports or dashboards for project managers and stakeholders. Facilitate communication among engineering, product, and operations teams.
