Requirements:
6+ years experience in designing, building and operating high-scale, mission critical cloud based production systems Familiarity with a production-grade code base in a modern programming language, applying best practice coding standards Extensive experience with RESTful API design and development Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related industry experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work non-standard, on-call rotation weekend and holiday hours Familiarity with Go, Kubernetes, and DynamoDB (Desired) Experience building developer tools and/or internal platforms (Desired)

Build and own backend product capabilities for Stytch’s identity platform Design, implement, and maintain scalable, reliable distributed services Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to set direction and translate customer needs Collaborate across Twilio and Stytch teams to align on architecture Author design docs, drive key technical decisions, and review code Improve production quality and resilience through observability and incident response Mentor and support other engineers
