Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent experience). Experience with cybersecurity tools and technologies (e.g., firewalls, SIEM, endpoint protection). Knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks and standards like ISO 27001 and SOC 2. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or Security+ are preferred. Strong leadership and managerial skills. Excellent problem-solving skills. Effective communication skills. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Monitor networks and systems for security breaches, vulnerabilities, and suspicious activity. Conduct regular security audits, risk assessments, and compliance reviews. Assist in the development and implementation of cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures. Advise on compliance with frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and others as applicable. Investigate and respond to security incidents and provide recommendations for remediation. Prepare reports and documentation for internal and external audits. Provide training and guidance to staff regarding security awareness and compliance requirements. Stay current on emerging cybersecurity threats and regulatory changes.
