Undergraduate degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience Strong track record of leading software engineering teams in a high-performing environment Experience with software development in languages such as Golang, Python, Java, or similar Demonstrated ability to deliver results and exceed expectations in complex projects Professional written and spoken English with strong presentation and communication skills Result-oriented mindset with personal drive to meet commitments

Lead and mentor multiple software engineering teams within the Commercial Systems unit Take accountability for the design, development, and operation of internal business-critical products and services Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver high-impact solutions Ensure engineering quality standards, reliability, and performance across teams Continuously develop the skills and capabilities of direct reports, fostering a culture of technical excellence Identify opportunities for process improvements, innovative solutions, and operational efficiency Manage project planning, priorities, and delivery timelines to meet business objectives
