E01 Enterprise Architect VI (Teamcenter Focus)

Bachelor’s degree with 12–15 years of experience or Master’s degree with 10–13 years of experience in Teamcenter/PLM enterprise architecture and development. Active DoD Directive 8570 IAT I or II certification (Security+ or equivalent) or obtain within 90 days. Proven track record architecting and developing complex Teamcenter solutions. Demonstrated experience with BMIDE, Active Workspace configuration, and PLM process modeling. Expertise in Teamcenter core modules (e.g., Structure Manager, Workflow Designer, Change Management, Product Configurator). Strong experience with Teamcenter integrations to 3D CAD platforms, ERP, and MES. Deep understanding of enterprise information models, PLM data lifecycles, and digital thread concepts. Knowledgeable on principles, and implementation of IT automation and orchestration in a Teamcenter implementation. Successful leadership of strategic architecture initiatives aligned with engineering and digital transformation roadmaps.

Lead the design, governance, and development of enterprise-wide digital architectures with a focus on PLM architectures, using Siemens Teamcenter. Architect scalable and secure Teamcenter solutions for automated AWS Gov Cloud deployments. Define and develop Teamcenter information models, classification schemas, workflows, and change management structures. Integrate Teamcenter with external systems using SOA, ITK, T4x, and/or Teamcenter Gateway. Guide configuration and customization to align with data governance, USAF cyber and engineering/manufacturing compliance. Develop/Implement Teamcenter deployment strategies for data lineage, product baselining, variant management, and digital thread continuity. Establish metadata strategies, master data alignment, and taxonomy structures within Teamcenter. Collaborate with enterprise architects, business analysts, and engineering leaders. Provide strategic consultation on cloud-readiness and containerized deployment models for Teamcenter. Lead technical efforts for new business proposals. Deliver documentation and architectural artifacts. Maintain alignment with enterprise architecture frameworks and support Agile/DevSecOps delivery models. Champion best practices in MBSE and product lifecycle traceability.
