Requirements:

Responsibilities:
Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel itineraries Draft, edit, and manage correspondence and reports for executive review Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and external partners Conduct research and prepare summaries to assist executives in decision making Organize and maintain filing systems, ensuring efficient access to important documents Oversee project timelines and assist in tracking progress against goals Provide administrative support for special projects and various tasks as needed Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information
