Sr. Lead Engineer/Architect - Java

10+ years of experience in software engineering with strong expertise in Java, Spring Framework (Core, Boot, Data) Hands-on experience with REST APIs, microservices architecture, and Maven Solid understanding of distributed systems, system design, and architecture patterns Experience with data storage technologies such as S3 object storage, Cassandra, Hadoop, and Elasticsearch Strong foundation in Linux, networking, containerization (Docker/Podman/Kubernetes), and CI/CD workflows Experience with Python, security, data consistency, and fault-tolerant systems Proven ability to lead design and implementation of large-scale enterprise systems Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Self-sufficient, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Define, own, and evolve the architecture and technical roadmap for high-performance data service components Lead the full product lifecycle from requirements gathering and design to development, testing, and deployment Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews for engineering teams Drive improvements in system performance, scalability, and reliability in distributed environments Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and support teams to ensure product stability and operational readiness Evaluate and implement customer-driven features in partnership with Product Management Ensure adherence to coding standards, architectural principles, and best practices
