Completed degree in Marketing or Business, or similar education. At least 1-2 years of professional experience in campaign management with Google & Facebook, ideally in the retail sector. Willingness to gain experience with Programmatic Advertising is a plus. Good knowledge of CPL, CPI, CPC, CPO, vTKP campaigns. Good knowledge of Google Ads, DV360, ideally with certification. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce. Experience with digital organization tools. Experience with analysis tools like Google Analytics, semrush, Looker, searchmetrics. Enthusiasm for digital topics and future developments. Enjoyment of phone communication and presentations. Strong communication skills in German and English. Ability to find the right tone in communication.
