Program Manager

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. 12+ years of program and project management experience, particularly in the IT sector. Strong knowledge of modern program management methodologies and tools. Demonstrated success in managing large-scale and complex programs. Excellent leadership abilities. Outstanding analytical and critical thinking skills. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with project management software (Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project). Experience with Agile methodologies is advantageous. PMP or equivalent certification is a MUST.

Define and document program scope, objectives, and deliverables. Create and manage detailed program work plans, schedules, and resource allocations. Lead program execution for on-time and within-budget delivery. Monitor and report on program progress and performance. Identify and mitigate risks and issues proactively. Facilitate team meetings and ensure collaboration. Prepare and present program updates to senior management. Maintain comprehensive program documentation. Manage budget allocations and track financial performance.
