Senior Endpoint Engineer

5+ years of experience managing and securing endpoint devices in an enterprise environment using Jamf Pro & Microsoft Intune (or similar). Experience managing zero touch environments using both ADE & AutoPilot. Experience working with API’s & scripting languages such as Bash, Python or PowerShell. Experience with different device management technologies and a wide range of mobile and computer OS’s. Proven experience communicating with end-users and providing top notch customer service.

Own, design & manage all aspects of endpoint management across corporate owned and BYOD devices. Monitor and maintain endpoint compliance including patching, security, and enrollment automations. Manage and configure device authentication using platform SSO or Jamf Connect. Ensure success of ZeroTouch environment for Mac & Windows devices. Assist in identification and remediation of potential security threats across all endpoints. Integrate existing endpoints with broader IT systems like ServiceNow, Okta, and Google.
