Experience in B2B SaaS strongly preferred. Experience in revenue marketing, demand generation, or growth roles. Proven experience driving measurable pipeline and revenue impact. Ability to translate strategy into action and deliver hands-on execution. Strong stakeholder management skills for cross-functional collaboration. Data-driven mindset with experience using funnel metrics and pipeline data. Native-level German and professional working proficiency in English. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
