Responsibilities:
Input and maintain client data using Google Sheets or a CRM Organize client stages, pipelines, and follow-up touchpoints Track important client dates Ensure client information is accurate and up to date Manage and organize files in Dropbox Review client documents and accurately enter details into forms Maintain clear and consistent folder structures Handle general backend admin tasks Assist with form completion and data verification Create simple graphics in Canva using existing templates
