High School Diploma or equivalent experience Skills – relationship building, ability to learn basic technical computer skills, time management, personal accountability, and drive Ability to professionally communicate fluently in verbal and written English Ability to support a diverse and inclusive work environment Computer literacy/basic computer skills 1+ years’ experience in customer service, contact center or hospitality role (preferred) Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other business tools such as Microsoft Teams (preferred)
