System Analyst

4+ years of hands-on experience as a System Analyst, Computer Systems Analyst, or similar role Strong expertise in system analysis methodologies, tools, and best practices Proven experience in modeling and documenting complex data flows, system integrations, and component interactions Proven experience with dashboarding and data visualization platforms for system and performance monitoring Solid understanding of database management principles and data architecture Advanced skills in preparing analytical reports, functional specifications, and comprehensive technical documentation Good written and spoken English (preferably B2+)

Perform system analysis and define requirements for performance metrics and monitoring tools Contribute to the design, development, and continuous improvement of monitoring solutions Optimise data processing and retrieval processes Identify opportunities for automation and drive implementation of solutions Review and validate the quality of system solutions, configurations, and dashboards Collaborate closely with data engineering, architecture, and development teams to define requirements for automating reports, system integrations, and data flows
