Product Analyst, NetSuite

5+ years experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Product Owner, or Systems Analyst in enterprise software or product development. NetSuite ERP experience is a must. Background in finance or finance-related industry. Proficiency in requirements modeling (user stories, use cases, process flowcharts). Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies. Ability to analyze and synthesize complex business information. Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Products. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related quantitative field required, Master's preferred.

Conduct interviews and workshops to capture business needs. Prioritize and manage the requirements backlog. Translate business needs into technical requirements. Identify and communicate risks and issues. Develop and execute test plans. Serve as the primary functional resource during development. Provide training and support materials. Ensure documentation is thorough and accessible. Work with cross-functional teams to scope projects. Automate reporting and analytical tasks. Present findings and recommendations to leadership. Support data governance initiatives.
