Stand up a TVL funnel & dashboard (impressions → site → wallet connect → deposit; TVL by source; CAC/LTV/payback; retention). Run partner distribution: co-marketing with venues/MMs (launch kits, AMAs, creator briefs), PR/podcasts, newsletters/community. Define and execute three experiments with clear keep/kill rules. Coach the team; leave playbooks, briefs, and dashboards they can run.
