Requirements:
7+ years of progressive experience in HR, including HR Business Partner experience. Degree in HR, Business, Engineering, or related field. Heavy emphasis on employee relations experience. Demonstrated experience coaching and influencing leaders. Strong written and verbal communication skills. In-depth experience in one or more HR disciplines.
Responsibilities:
Primary HR Business Partner for Engineering, Product, and Design in India. Advise and influence people and talent strategies for business alignment. Coach leadership on change management. Analyze data to improve employee experiences (engagement, DEI, retention, performance). Partner with People Team, Finance, and others on strategic HR initiatives. Support compliance with local laws and regulations.
