Working Capital & Cash Flow Analyst (US Based Client)

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance or any related field. 4 to 8 years of experience in trade finance, import-export finance, supply chain or FMCG finance. Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills with ability to build and maintain cash flow and trade models. Proven experience working with multiple currencies. Proven experience working with inventory and cost allocation. Proven experience working with long customer payment terms. Strong written English with ability to produce clear, concise reporting. Highly detail oriented, organized, and comfortable managing complex data. Experience with frozen food, meat, seafood, dairy, or FMCG. Experience working with UK / EU businesses. Exposure to trade finance or inventory finance.

Maintain and update a weekly 13-week rolling cash flow forecast. Track cash inflows and outflows by value date. Monitor and report on the cash conversion cycle (DIO, DSO, DPO). Identify upcoming liquidity gaps and flag risks 30-60 days in advance. Build and maintain cash flow models at shipment and SKU level. Track inventory based on cash age and capital tied up. Monitor and reconcile logistics costs. Assess how inventory and shipment timing impacts working capital availability. Track USD and GBP exposure at shipment level. Monitor FX impact on gross and net margins. Calculate true trade margin after factoring in all costs. Produce a clear weekly cash summary with key insights and recommendations.
