(TA88) Junior Project Financial Controller

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field. Experience in project controlling, project accounting, financial controlling, or similar role in project-based environments is an advantage. Base understanding of budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting. Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis). Experience with ERP systems (D365, Odoo). Jira, PowerBI, SQL knowledge would be an advantage. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and take ownership of financial processes. Professional fluency in English. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines. Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

Take care of revenue and cost recognition of customer projects during period closing. Monitor revenue and cost forecasts for accurate project financial performance visibility. Collaborate with planning teams to align cost forecasts with project schedules and resource utilization. Track project expenditures, analyze variances, and identify cost-saving opportunities. Ensure project activities follow internal policies, contractual obligations, and audit standards.
