Requirements:
Proven experience in enterprise or high-ticket sales, ideally within ad-tech, digital advertising, or publisher-focused environments. Strong commercial mindset with ability to work with numbers, metrics, and revenue-driven insights. Ability to independently source, manage, and close complex sales cycles with senior decision-makers. Skill in translating multifaceted product offerings into clear, compelling business value. Highly structured approach to sales execution, including qualification, documentation, forecasting, and follow-through. Entrepreneurial, proactive, and resilient profile, comfortable operating with full ownership and autonomy. Fluency in English at a professional and negotiation level.
Responsibilities:
Lead enterprise-level sales conversations with high-traffic publishers. Identify, qualify, and engage publisher profiles. Understand publisher monetization, traffic quality, and advertiser trust challenges. Articulate ad-tech concepts into value-focused business cases. Build, manage, and maintain a sales pipeline. Coordinate handovers and support post-sale onboarding and expansion. Contribute field insights to improve sales strategy.
