Bachelor’s degree with at least five years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with at least three years of experience
Strong programming experience with SQL and Python, including API integrations, authentication, pagination, and JSON data handling
Hands-on experience with large-scale data processing and storage technologies such as Hadoop, Hive, Presto, and Spark
Proven experience with data visualization and dashboarding tools
Solid working knowledge of collaborative tools, including Google Workspace and advanced spreadsheet usage
Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment
Familiarity with ethical data practices, privacy considerations, and responsible data management
Responsibilities:
Design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines and data models
Develop and maintain self-service dashboards and reports
Analyze trends and patterns across multiple datasets to surface actionable insights
Define and improve data processes, including ETL workflows
Collaborate with cross-functional data and technology teams to align metrics and reporting standards
Proactively identify gaps, requirements, and opportunities to strengthen the data ecosystem
