Ability to handle the processing of tasks generated by PRNs Operations

Process, proof, and distribute copy to domestic and international circuits Ensure timely and accurate transmission of copy Monitor and chase return of requested translations Ensure correct industry, subject, and geography coding for uploaded information Upload graphics and linked documents to PR Newswire platforms Ensure accuracy, attribution, and acceptability of client copy Ensure regulatory headline and content accuracy Assist with formatting or document conversion queries Promote a client-focused culture and build business relationships Understand client needs and objectives Act as initial contact for client queries and complaints Maintain knowledge of PR Newswire products and services Liaise with Secondary Information Providers (SIPs) and regulatory bodies Provide consultative service and editorial advice to clients Ensure all jobs are assigned, distributed, and fulfilled correctly Log all jobs and correspondence in the workflow management system Maintain company websites with accurate service feeds Liaise between translation agencies and clients Advise on distribution receipt and clear times Look for up-selling opportunities Liaise with affiliates for accurate transmission Maintain and develop relations with internal clients
