Requirements:
Proven experience as a Data Engineer using Python Hands-on experience with AWS data services (e.g., S3, Lambda, Redshift, Glue, etc.) Advanced SQL and experience with modern data warehouses (PostHog, Redshift, Databricks, or similar) Strong experience in automating spreadsheets and data transformation for reporting Ability to collaborate with business teams (finance, operations) and quickly address ad hoc reporting needs Professional English (written and verbal)
Responsibilities:
Design, build, and optimize data pipelines to centralize data in a modern warehouse (PostHog) Automate ETL processes and existing spreadsheet-based reports Collaborate with finance and business stakeholders to understand and deliver ad hoc reporting solutions Prepare data infrastructure for future connection to a dedicated reporting platform Document processes and ensure data quality and integrity
