Senior Full Stack Developer - EdTech

3-6 years of experience in Full Stack Development, or as CTO of a startup. Deep expertise in TypeScript & React.js (minimum 3 years experience). Proficient in Tailwind CSS. Strong AI mindset. Passion for writing clean, maintainable, and scalable code. Experience with Nest.js (nice to have). Experience with LMS applications and mobile development (nice to have).

Develop new features for the Paradox App to enhance online learning. Implement AI-driven functionalities for personalized learning experiences. Ensure the application handles large volumes of concurrent users. Optimize resource usage and infrastructure costs. Build intuitive, beautiful, and efficient user interfaces. Resolve technical challenges to ensure a seamless user journey. Participate in tech architecture discussions and planning sessions. Work within Agile frameworks.
