Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required. Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the packaging or food supply chain industry. Demonstrated ability to identify customer needs, negotiate effectively, and close new business. Proficiency with Salesforce and other CRM tools. Strong communication and presentation skills. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Strategic thinker with sound decision-making skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders. Willingness to travel up to 50%, including overnight stays. Reside near a major airport in the northern U.S.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary sales contact for accounts in the protein category in the northern U.S. Develop and execute customer engagement strategies, including meetings and industry events. Achieve revenue and profit goals. Partner with retailers to identify new business opportunities. Monitor sales performance and maintain Salesforce data. Collaborate with internal teams on order fulfillment and initiatives. Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
