Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree. 5+ years of experience in CPG sales, including headquarters responsibilities. Proven track record in sales management and achieving growth objectives. Experience managing brokers and developing customer relationships. Knowledge of conventional and natural retail channels; experience with Wakefern/Delhaize preferred. Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Self-starter with a results-oriented mindset. Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
