Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in SaaS with a focus on renewals, account management, or sales operations. Proven track record of building or scaling a renewals or account management function. Strong Salesforce expertise, including accounts, opportunities, and CPQ workflows. Skilled in client negotiations, objection handling, and contract management. Highly organized, data-driven, and detail-oriented with strong follow-through. Preferred: experience guiding clients through pricing transitions or migrations, building new revenue functions in SaaS, health tech experience, and familiarity with DocuSign or subscription billing/CLM tools.
Responsibilities:
Establish and scale the renewals function, creating repeatable processes, playbooks, and reporting frameworks. Manage a portfolio of renewal and migration opportunities from contract preparation through signature. Educate clients on pricing transitions, timelines, incentives, and benefits of simplified billing. Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Finance to align renewal strategies, incentive programs, and client communications. Serve as the escalation point for renewal blockers, objections, and concession requests. Define and monitor key performance metrics and dashboards for renewal health and forecasting in Salesforce. Hire, mentor, and lead a team of renewals specialists as the function expands. Provide leadership with client feedback and market insights to inform pricing and renewal strategy.
