Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Finance to align renewal strategies, incentive programs, and client communications. Serve as the escalation point for renewal blockers, objections, and concession requests. Define and monitor key performance metrics and dashboards for renewal health and forecasting in Salesforce.
