FlowFuse Full Stack Developer (AI-focused)

Strong experience working across the full stack. Demonstrated experience shipping AI-powered features to production. Hands-on experience integrating LLM APIs into real systems. Familiarity with embeddings, vector search, or retrieval-augmented generation. Strong judgment around AI tradeoffs, failure modes, cost, and observability. Ability to design AI systems that others can safely extend. Experience shipping small, well-scoped changes incrementally. Comfort working in a remote, async-first environment across multiple time zones. Pragmatic use of AI tools to accelerate development and improve outcomes.

Design and build AI-powered features and tooling. Own fullstack solutions including frontend, backend, and AI components. Establish patterns, guardrails, and examples for other engineers. Ensure AI features behave predictably in production, including fallback behavior and observability. Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering peers to scope and deliver AI-driven solutions. Integrate LLM APIs and AI services. Build backend services and frontend interfaces supporting AI workflows. Prototype, evaluate, and productionize AI features. Design for AI failure modes, latency, cost, and operational constraints. Ensure AI features align with privacy, security, and SOC 2 requirements. Share best practices and patterns for applied AI. Contribute to broader fullstack product work.
