DSM Research and Evaluation Lead

Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a relevant field At least five years of work experience in relevant field Analytical and research aptitude Understanding of survey and interview design, implementation, and analysis Experience preparing reports detailing analytical findings Excellent writing, communication, and computer skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint) Ability to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities Interest in sustainability and making an impact on the environment

Lead and conduct research and process evaluations of energy efficiency and DSM programs. Manage tasks to complete deliverables on time and within budget. Present and discuss research with clients and teaming partners. Contribute to research plans, scopes of work, and budgets. Develop data collection instruments. Oversee primary and secondary data collection efforts and conduct data analysis. Lead and support technical report writing. Lead and support the development of presentations, papers and proposals.
