Requirements
- 3-5 years of QA Lead / QA Manager experience (or 5+ years of QA Engineer/Tester experience)
- Ability to understand and analyze technical specifications
- Experience in test planning, defining test scope, designing and creating test cases
- Strong knowledge of QA methodology and tools (ALM, TestRail, TestLink, QASymphony, Zephyr)
- Familiar with test automation process and tools (Appium, Selenium, UFT, Load Runner, Cucumber)
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal communication and documentation skills
- Business level in Japanese (Native or JLPT N1 equivalent)
- Comfortable with English (translation available)
Responsibilities
- Lead weekly release test cycles (planning, execution, progress control, analysis, reporting)
- Lead Roadmap Projects (product STLC, test plan, scope, progress tracking, quality assurance)
- Prepare test data, tools, and environment
- Report and track defects, verify fixes
- Design, create, and review test cases
- Maintain and update master test cases
