AI Lead

5+ years of professional software engineering experience At least 2+ years focused on AI/ML or LLM-based systems Strong proficiency in Python for AI, backend services, and tooling Deep experience with AWS, including designing and operating scalable, secure cloud architectures Hands-on experience working with LLMs, specifically Anthropic (or comparable providers) Proven ability to design AI system architectures, frameworks, and reusable patterns Experience building APIs and services that integrate AI capabilities Strong problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills

Lead the design and implementation of AI architectures, frameworks, and reusable patterns Serve as the technical authority for AI initiatives Design, build, and maintain AI-powered services and applications using Python Integrate and operationalize large language models and AI services Architect and deploy AI workloads on AWS Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business problems into AI solutions Establish best practices for AI development Mentor and guide engineers working with AI technologies Stay current with emerging AI tools, frameworks, and industry trends
