Customer Success Coordinator

Data entry work experience (preferred). Experience with MS Office and data programs. Proficiency in data management tasks using tools like Excel, Google Sheets. Accuracy and attention to detail. Propensity to problem-solve proactively. Ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed. Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation. Experience with HubSpot or other CRM technologies (beneficial). Experience with Slack and Asana (beneficial). 1+ years of technical SaaS environment product support experience (beneficial). Bachelor's degree (beneficial). Knowledge of retail supply chains (beneficial). Interest in ESG reporting (beneficial).

Manage and maintain customers' supplier/vendor lists. Input text-based and numerical supplier data from source documents. Compile and verify data accuracy for software platform import. Review and correct data deficiencies or errors. Import data to platform and CRM on behalf of customers. Send templated emails on behalf of customers. Store completed work and perform backup operations. Respond to queries for information and access relevant files. Comply with data integrity and security policies.
