AP - Parabroker (Remote)

1-2 years of experience in Australian mortgage broking, parabroking, or credit analysis Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field preferred Experience with MyCRM, ApplyOnline, and Go High Level preferred Exceptional English communication (spoken and written) and client presentation skills Confident in conducting client meetings, understanding needs, and building trust Proactive, dependable, and goal-oriented with a long-term growth mindset

Manage the end-to-end mortgage process Conduct discovery and strategy sessions Assess and structure loan scenarios Prepare and lodge applications Liaise with clients, lenders, and settlement agents Present and explain loan solutions Maintain pipeline management and client communication Provide post-settlement care Develop new business opportunities
