Requirements

  • Microsoft Windows Desktop & Server OS familiarity
  • Experience with OS & App Patching, OS Upgrades, Failure Remediation
  • Experience with Cloud Products & Technologies: Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint/OneDrive, Exchange Online, Amazon AWS
  • Experience with Identity Management, Authorization, and Security (Azure AD, Okta)
  • Experience with EMM/MDM tools (InTune, AirWatch)
  • Experience with Backups & Disaster Recovery
  • Experience with E-Mail Technologies (Troubleshooting, Archiving, Retention, Compliance)
  • Comprehension of network protocols (TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, DHCP)
  • Familiarity with diagnostic tools in Layer 1-3 functionality
  • Experience resolving SIEM/SOC provider alerts and Anti-Virus alerts
  • Conversational English level communication
  • 3+ years of general IT experience (server, infrastructure support, networking/circuits)
  • 1+ years of NOC experience with ITIL knowledge
  • Strong diagnostic toolkit and logical approach to incidents

Responsibilities

  • Resolve alerts for user devices, circuit downs, temperature/water, cloud, and SOC.
  • Resolve requests for after-hours maintenance, and device/customer onboarding.
  • Communicate with vendors and customers, coordinate maintenance and repairs.
  • Undertake assigned projects for NOC and Support teams.
  • Maintain documentation, knowledge base, and content.
  • Recommend and improve processes.
