Requirements
- Microsoft Windows Desktop & Server OS familiarity
- Experience with OS & App Patching, OS Upgrades, Failure Remediation
- Experience with Cloud Products & Technologies: Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint/OneDrive, Exchange Online, Amazon AWS
- Experience with Identity Management, Authorization, and Security (Azure AD, Okta)
- Experience with EMM/MDM tools (InTune, AirWatch)
- Experience with Backups & Disaster Recovery
- Experience with E-Mail Technologies (Troubleshooting, Archiving, Retention, Compliance)
- Comprehension of network protocols (TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools in Layer 1-3 functionality
- Experience resolving SIEM/SOC provider alerts and Anti-Virus alerts
- Conversational English level communication
- 3+ years of general IT experience (server, infrastructure support, networking/circuits)
- 1+ years of NOC experience with ITIL knowledge
- Strong diagnostic toolkit and logical approach to incidents
Responsibilities
- Resolve alerts for user devices, circuit downs, temperature/water, cloud, and SOC.
- Resolve requests for after-hours maintenance, and device/customer onboarding.
- Communicate with vendors and customers, coordinate maintenance and repairs.
- Undertake assigned projects for NOC and Support teams.
- Maintain documentation, knowledge base, and content.
- Recommend and improve processes.
