Product Engineer (Remote from Sweden)

5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, or 3+ years in a dedicated Product Engineer role in a SaaS environment Proven experience in technical scoping, estimation, and successful end-to-end delivery of product features Proficiency in at least one modern programming language Solid understanding of cloud architectures, data schemas, and API design Ability to troubleshoot platform limitations and technical concepts such as OAuth flows, webhooks, and rate limiting Strong user-first mindset Experience working on AI-powered product features is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Define and own technical specifications and scope for new features Break down large initiatives into small, shippable tasks and coordinate execution Collaborate with designers and product managers to validate technical feasibility Provide technical guidance and support to engineering teams Take full ownership of product initiatives from discovery through production Translate complex technical requirements into clear documentation Continuously improve development processes, collaboration methods, and product workflows
