Product Engineer (Remote from Slovenia)

5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, or 3+ years in a dedicated Product Engineer role in a SaaS environment Proven experience in technical scoping, estimation, and successful end-to-end delivery of product features Proficiency in at least one modern programming language Solid understanding of cloud architectures, data schemas, and API design Ability to troubleshoot platform limitations and technical concepts (OAuth, webhooks, rate limiting) Strong user-first mindset Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Define and own technical specifications and scope for new features Break down large initiatives into shippable tasks and coordinate execution Collaborate with designers and product managers on technical feasibility Provide technical guidance to engineering teams on APIs, architecture, and trade-offs Own product initiatives from discovery through production Translate complex technical requirements into clear documentation Continuously improve development processes and workflows
