Requirements:
5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, eCommerce consulting, or technical pre-sales. Proven ability to scope and architect complex site builds, redesigns, and replatforms. Strong understanding of Shopify Plus architecture. Familiarity with other eCommerce platforms such as BigCommerce, Magento, and Salesforce Commerce Cloud. Deep fluency in conversion strategy, data interpretation, and experience optimization. Comfortable owning a sales pipeline. Excellent communicator and relationship-builder. Highly collaborative. Curious, entrepreneurial, and adaptable. Experience engaging with the eCommerce community. Proficient in HubSpot or Salesforce. Comfortable with tools for partner management, solution documentation, and reporting.
Responsibilities:
Own the lead pipeline for CRO and Build opportunities. Conduct deep business and technical discovery. Develop scopes, estimates, and proposals. Partner with the CEO to craft and deliver compelling presentations. Prepare sales enablement materials. Collaborate with delivery teams for smooth onboarding. Maintain strong, proactive relationships with prospects and clients. Lead technical discovery and recommend best-fit solutions for Shopify Plus. Conduct CRO and UX audits. Architect end-to-end eCommerce solutions. Evaluate and select technology stacks and frameworks. Prepare detailed Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analyses. Partner with Shopify Plus and internal delivery leads to validate feasibility. Stay engaged post-sale to uphold solution integrity. Build, manage, and activate partnerships across the Shopify Plus ecosystem. Identify the right partner solutions to solve client challenges. Collaborate with partners on co-selling, lead sharing, and R&D. Track, report, and drive partnership-generated revenue. Contribute to UN/COMMON’s innovation efforts by researching and testing emerging eCommerce technologies. Collaborate with leadership and delivery teams to identify areas for improvement with new tools. Stay informed on advancements in CRO, personalization, UX, automation, and AI. Engage with the broader eCommerce community by attending events. Build relationships with industry peers, technology partners, and subject-matter experts.
