Requirements:
3+ years of experience building state-of-the-art AI systems for healthcare. Strong background in software engineering, systems architecture, with a spike in back-end engineering. Experience with traditional ML, or LLMs, or ML dev ops is a big plus. Product-minded. Self-directed and pragmatic. Humble and willing to grow. Collaborative, enthusiastic about teamwork, learning, and teaching.
Responsibilities:
Implement new capabilities for Mo, the health companion AI. Scale systems to serve millions of active members. Integrate Mo with other Alan services. Extend Mo's architecture to support future needs. Influence system architecture and code quality. Mentor engineers and contribute to product/engineering culture. Participate in hiring and shaping interview processes.
