Requirements
- Education or degree in real estate or construction management, or equivalent professional experience
- Solid professional experience in the housing, real estate, or construction industry
- Previous experience in sales or direct customer communication is ideal
- Additional qualifications in sales, business development, or CRM are a plus
- Ability to work cross-functionally
- Strong communication skills, enjoyment of networking, and a solution-oriented mindset
- Structured and independent work style
- Willingness to travel nationwide
- Ideally based in the core region of Southern Germany (Baden-Württemberg or Bavaria)
Responsibilities
- Proactive customer acquisition via various channels
- Lead qualification and opportunity prioritization
- Product consultation and presentation
- Creation of initial project analyses and calculations
- Providing project details to the Pre-Construction Team
- Utilizing and maintaining CRM tools (hubspot)
- Developing multipliers and influencers
- Attending industry events
- Market trend and competitor analysis
