Digital Advanced Clinical Practitioner (Evenings & Weekends)

Relevant registration with a professional body (NMC, HCPC, GPhC) Postgraduate diploma (Level 7) or Masters degree in Advanced Clinical Practice Valid IR(ME)R certificate valid within the last 3 years The Fit Note (FIT) training certificate Independent prescribing qualification Minimum 2 years experience as ACP independently prescribing in Primary Care Setting/general practice within the last 5 years Proficiency with clinical IT systems (ideally with Jira and Teams/Slack) Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage deadlines Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
