Serve as the point of contact for new briefs and transform them into well-prepared briefs. Manage project scoping, costing, and planning. Work according to BRANDTECH+ Project Management Way of Working. Identify stakeholders and create communication plans. Set deadlines and challenge unrealistic timelines. Create project plans and identify key milestones. Collaborate with Delivery Lead and Resource/Studio Manager for project staffing. Identify risks and create risk registers. Define project cost, scope, and timeplan with the creative team. Prepare and run kick-off meetings. Create and manage project documentation delivery. Coordinate development and delivery among participants and stakeholders. Prioritize and manage project team workload. Liaise with partners, presenting project scopes, costs, and timelines. Build partner relationships and address their needs. Monitor project progress within scope, budget, and resources. Prepare stakeholder status reports and manage progress using weekly action points. Follow project management change control processes. Maintain up-to-date project documentation and ensure system compliance. Proactively problem-solve, mitigate risks, and plan for issues. Be accountable for project financial profitability and manage cost overburn. Ensure final deliverables meet quality requirements and expectations. Monitor team utilization and output.
