Requirements:
Proven success in retail sales in an automotive dealership environment. Experience in digital media advertising. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to listen for understanding, influence outcomes, and negotiate. Proven ability to identify, initiate, negotiate, and close deals. Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals. Ability to formulate, implement, and execute sales strategy. Experience with Salesforce or other Customer Relationship Management tool utilization. Experience interfacing with client contacts at various levels. Demonstrated understanding of client standards and requirements. Strong sales skills with ability to create tangible interest for new ideas. Ability to communicate client requirements to internal organization. High integrity, self-starter, strong work ethic. Tech-savvy with ability to understand, interpret, and present data. Ability to grasp new concepts quickly. Strong understanding of auto dealerships. Ability to travel domestically up to 75% of the time.
Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, manage, and close new business opportunities. Build a strong sales pipeline. Establish and maintain strong relationships with dealer senior leaders and decision makers. Meet or exceed sales goals. Prepare and present proposals and negotiate terms. Support dealer escalations and resolve challenges. Serve as liaison between dealer and internal teams for product implementation. Become proficient in and serve as subject matter expert in TC products. Report and record sales activity notes in Salesforce. Manage accounts receivable for assigned accounts.
